On September 6, 2025, our Chairman and CEO, Masahiro Fukuhara, participated in a case discussion and delivered a guest lecture in the “Management Science” class at Keio Business School (KBS).

The class featured a case based on “GROW”—the predecessor of our current human capability assessment tool GROW360+, which measures personality traits, competencies, and skills. Active discussions took place on the future of AI and human resource management.

During the session, Mr. Fukuhara emphasized the importance of human responsibility in the age of AI, stating:

“It is essential for humans to think carefully about what to delegate to AI in order to make people’s lives happier.”
