On September 9, 2025, our Chairman & CEO, Masahiro Fukuhara, delivered a keynote speech at the event “DX Management Strategy and the Future of Human Resource Development in the Era of AI × Web3”, hosted by zero to one with the support of Nomura Securities and Hitotsubashi Business School (International Corporate Strategy Program).

In his address, Fukuhara highlighted the growth opportunities for Japanese companies in Society 5.0 (the era of AI and Web3). He emphasized the importance of balancing “defensive DX” (cost reduction) with “offensive DX” (revenue and profit expansion) and discussed the potential for new market creation through the strategic use of AI and Web3. He also pointed out challenges such as conservative mindsets among executives and cognitive biases toward DX within organizations, urging a forward-looking approach to human resource development.
