Institution for a Global Society Co., Ltd. (IGS) has launched First GROW, a new assessment service that scientifically analyzes the inborn temperament of children from preschool age to early elementary school.

Based on a short questionnaire answered by teachers and parents, First GROW helps identify children’s behavioral tendencies and offers personalized guidance on how to communicate and engage with each child.

Designed as a complementary tool to our existing Ai GROW platform (for Grade 4 and up), First GROW supports shared understanding between early childhood educators and caregivers, helping build a foundation for team-based childcare and holistic development.
