Institution for a Global Society (IGS) has conducted an industry-based analysis using approximately one million 360-degree evaluation data points accumulated through its human capital assessment tool, “GROW360+.”

Rather than examining gender-based ability differences, the analysis focuses on structural aspects of evaluation criteria and opportunity design within organizations. The findings highlight observable patterns in behavioral tendencies and raise questions about how evaluation standards and role allocation may influence leadership pathways.
