In 2010, Fukuhara established IGS with the vision of “Inspiring self-actualization through assessment and education”. He assumed his current position in June 2024.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey with IGS, Fukuhara honed his financial expertise as the Managing Director at Barclays Global Investors (BGI). His role involved making investment decisions based on computer-driven models, a testament to his proficiency in leveraging technology in the financial sector. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University and MBA from INSEAD. He holds a Master's degree (with Honors) in International Finance from Grandes Ecoles HEC and a Ph.D. from Tsukuba University Graduate School of Business Sciences. He isa Project Professor at the Economics Department at Keio University, a Visiting Professor at Tokyo University of Science, and a Project Professor at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School. In 2023, he was recognized for his contributions to the field, becoming the first Japanese to be named an Ethereum Foundation Next Billion Fellow.

After a successful career in executive roles at a foreign PR firm and an online media company, Nakasato joined IGS in 2016. She launched the education business and the “STAR Project,” a demonstration experiment of “ONGAESHI,” and continues to promote each business and build the organization. She assumed her current position in June 2024. She is currently conducting research on educational systems at the Keio University Graduate School of System Design and Management. Nakasato holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and serves as a member of the High School Inquiry Project Advisory Board at Tokyo Gakugei University.
